2. Africa-Asia Collaboration
    We had the first informal meeting on Africa and Asia collaboration in June 2008,
    and plan to have the second meeting on 2008.8.26 in Cheju, and the third meeting on 2008.11.2 in Cairo.
    Through these meetings, we plan to define on the network research collaboration between Africa and Asia
    including Joint Workshops in May 2009 on various topics.
