 0. Introduction
       Year 2008 is the starting point of AsiaFI.  
       We expect the exciting and productive activity of each Committee and
       Working Group.  We will have a kick off event, one week course education 
       program on Mobile/Wireless area.  We hope many researchers and students
       from Asia would participate in AsiaFI  meetings and events.
